"useful and easy to use yet with a whole lot of capabilities" What do you like best? Clear trends and easy problem identification What do you dislike? Fingerprints are not perfect for our process Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a quick and easy tool for identifying problems and starting the problem solving cycle. Afterwards TrendMiner is also very useful for controlling the situation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All day to day problems are described and solved with TrendMiner. I use it for the Define, measure and Control steps in DMAIC and have quantified a lot of problems with TrendMiner. It is difficult to allocate profits with it as the solution is mostly not in TrendMiner. But without TrendMiner, the problem wouldn't even be visible, let alone a solution.
