We're very happy with Sellsy. It's connected to our Prestashop e-commerce website and allows us to manage both web and retail sales in an unified environment. The service itself is really easy to use and simplifies a lot of our processes. We especially like the Helpdesk add-on, a powerful tool to manage our client requests.
