I have Quickbooks but also wanted to add PayPal so I subscribed to cloudbusiness, llc because they supposed accepted monthly payments, (lie, they took $192 asap). Since they snatched up the money I went ahead a tried the app for all of 5 minutes before changing my mind and requesting a refund. The conversation was as follows: (My original email stars at the bottom. Dear Ed, Sorry for bothering you. Our management department has analyzed your request and your situation looks as follows: We offer 10 free syncs to every customer, so that he/she could test the app absolutely for free and only after he/she makes sure that the app fully suits his/her needs, make a decision regarding paid plan. We also provide in-app online chat with our specialists in order to consult our customers on any matters, including managing of account before and within subscription period. That's why our company has no refund policy. We do not force our customers to subscribe until they make such decision by themselves. We offer both monthly and yearly(20% discount) options and customer is able to choose any option he/she prefers. Our responsibility is to provide a service for customer according to his/her payment. And we are ready to do this. As we see from the system your yearly subscription has already been started and you've already synced 22 transactions with success. So, it means that the app really works. So, unfortunately, to be compliant with our company policy and to keep fair regulations for all of our users, we are not able to refund the payment.
