"Solid and fairly easy to use tool for managing 360 reviews" The Goals functionality is in-depth and allows me to customize how I manage performance goals with my team. I haven't used any other tool that allows me to do that as well as the one in Engagedly. I'd recommend it (though I confess to not knowing how it's pricing compares with other vendors). Quite easy to use and provides a wealth of features around HR, performance management, and employee engagement We're better able to formalize the planning and monitoring of the yearly goals I set for my team. Without Engagedly, this would be done via emails and would be much more difficult to keep track of.
