I don't usually write reviews but I was approached by our rep in ArboStar to say few words about their software. I told them that I would be happy to do this because over the years they saved so-so much of our time. Their automatic follow up system, their scheduling and constant communication with customers via online profile really helped our business a lot through out the years. Arbostar gives me more clarity and efficiency in the business. All the necessary tools that we need to run our business smoothly are there. We can quickly create estimates on the Arbostar app and sent them out within minutes or confirm right on the spot by the clients and this resulted in better confirmation rates. Automatic follow up system is great and also helps with sales. ArboStar gives us easy access to our client information through live searh and in client's profile we can easily see everything that happened to the clients from creation to phone calls, sms messages, emails, pictures, tree inventorys basically everything which helps us to service them faster and more efficiently. So, our engagement with clients really improved. And by the end of the day it avoids the hassle of completing any paperwork with the ArboStar apps on tablets or phones. The number of workorders completed, the hours our crews spent on site on jobs, how much money every crew member brings, the mileage etc., all this information is in the system real time which is really great. I will definitely recommend this to other tree companies and thank you for listening to us for the new features!
