Don't believe the positive reviews; they are acquired by force. I am writing this because I was notified that my free account will be terminated unless I leave a review. Well, here it is. Took three months to hear back on my account setup. Even then, it never quite worked right. Then I got an email today claiming that AccuWeb sent me a review request (they didn't) and "since you haven't provided the review, your account is now suspended and will be terminated."
