Overall: My experience with Jatheon as a company and with the products they provide has been exceptional. Their support is quick to respond to any questions or problems. Their products have been rock solid. Pros: The Jatheon appliance/email archiving software suite was instrumental in our conversion from Microsoft Exchange to Gmail. It has allowed us to merge our previous MS Exchange archives with our Gmail archives and be able to do all eDiscoveries from one platform. The tech support is top notch. The company is able to remotely monitor our appliance and alert me to pending issues before they even occur. The ways I can query our archive is virtually limitless. And even with close to 50 million archived emails the speed of the queries are amazing. Cons: I don't know how I could improve on this product. It does what it is supposed to do and it does it well.
