It's fairly easy to use. I like Checkster, but wish that we as Recruiters had more control over the functionality within the system. I can't add or change references' contact information and have to email Checkster if I need to add or remove a candidates' references' response. I have, however, seen improved functionality recently and appreciate that. It's a good way to gather references.
