The customer service has promptly contacted me to find out what exactly happened and was very apologetic and compensated for what happened. Thank You for the prompt follow up. disappointed with how my email address was disconnected as the admin had mistakenly made a note that I had Linux hosting whereas my website was supporting my emails. I repeatedly inquired as to why I was receiving these notices and I was told to ignore them as they are aware that my emails were not supported by Linux hosting. But one day I had no access to my emails and I was told it was a mistake. I spent more than 4 hours on the phone to get it fixed. I never received any written apology or any compensation. I had to miss out on a meeting and a class as the link was emailed and I had no access to my emails for more than 24 hours for no fault of mine
