Excellent hosting servers, but the customer service is disgusting. I've been trying to disable my Zap-Hosting account for over a month now, and they keep trying to take money off my card and WILL NOT cancel it. There also is no option on their control panel to cancel your service after it is suspended. They just keep trying to withdraw the money from the card on file. I've been in contact with them multiple times and they keep trying to take my money. Don't use these people unless you have a pre-paid VISA that you can cancel when you no longer need the service to avoid complications.
