Terrible customer service supervisor all the way down absolute worst customer service ever kept me on hold for hours over online chat rooms and kept leaving someone else would join and they leave. finally I asked to speak to the supervisor I was told that they weren't going to resolve my issue.. I did a cash out of $100 and accidentally tipped 10 bucks becaust they updated the app and changed the options.. I let that slide, but this week when I cashed out again, they gave me the option to cash out of a hundred again like I did the week before. When I did that it automatically included the same $10 tip from the week before and did not give me the option to deselect it and auto submitted. When I contacted them their supevisor tells me they cannot refund tips but they automatically set up the app to default so it automatically includes what u may had tipped the previous cash out from the previous week without giving you the option of not including a tip.. Its my choice weather i wanna tip u 20 bucks or not.. U cant just take my money especially when I was a loyal customer doing business with you for about a few years now.. Not anymore cuz I'm gone.. Now I see cash app has a 2 to 3 star rating..
