What do you like best? Halo allows for transparency and is a manager or supervisors friend! I am able to hold agents accountable for their actions as I can see everything that is being done throughout the day per team, per agent, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had no way of measuring our productivity, planning capacity for the volume of work coming in or holding people accountable. Now we can see everything that comes into the system, who did what with it and when, and use this when coaching with our agents.
