After investing in a range of different CRM systems that didn't help to improve procedures or provide any real benefits, we we're left a bit sour about what a CRM system could provide for our company. However, after seeing how Goldvision worked and how easily it integrated with all our processes, I have to say that we are completely converted. Whilst it took some of the team a few weeks to get used to, we now have a system that interacts with our Sage software, makes ordering and reporting so much easier and streamlines all of our processes. The work the team at Goldvision did from start to finish was great, and we now have a CRM that is well supported and easy to use.
