"Great PSA / MSP for the small to medium MSP" What do you like best? I like that Syncro allows unlimited client installs and you are only billed for addons like antivirus on top of your per user bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? The part that bothers me the most is there are request for feature updates / fixes that are made, but they never happen. Also support responds a lot with "We will pass this along to the developers" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't expect it to be the greatest RMM out there with tons of reports with all the bells and whistles, but it is decent, always moving forward, and going in the right direction.
