Kosmos is a HORRENDOUS faulty app and even more atrocious "customer service". Myself and my web developer struggled to make this app work for 11 months. Tech support logged into my website to try to get their app to work properly and ended up completely wiping out my entire product database and KOSMOS, themselves, could not make their app work properly. No accountability. Support members lying about their roles with the company. Watch out, they come up with any excuse to blame you and speak down to you. Additionally, they have been FRAUDULENTLY charging my account for months and refuse to refund or stop their charges.
