"Pazo simplified our operations, it's solving an important part in digital strategy puzzle." What do you like best? Intuitive for our blue and grey collar workforce. I didn't have to work hard to bring out insights out of my Operations data, it has inbuilt reports, dashboards and analytics. What do you dislike? Takes time to setup, but all good things takes some time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do a pilot with them if you want to simplify operations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Operational visibility, team assignment/management, Quality monitoring and scaling geographically.
