It has been amazing! Ease of use for signing up customers, no long forms- just Name and Tel no., email. The customer engagement part is awesome as the emails are customizable, from welcome email to reminder emails and notification emails. We are able to integrate it into our POS. Gives our pharmacy store a leverage to compete with larger chain stores reward programs and assists us to keep more clients in the community.
