Simple to integrate and a valuable customer service tool. Customers can look up their reward points in real time. I can easily keep track of customer trends and redemption of rewards. Easy learning curve. Exceptional tech service from the company. Compared to my previous reward program, Preferred Patron is a much welcome change. It doesn't take a large amount of my time to operate the program which allows me to spend more time with my customers.
