We have used Preferred Patron for 3 years now and am really happy with our choice. The customer service has been exceptional and they are always quick to reply to any concerns. They really care about the user experience and have the knowledge to answer our questions compared to other tech support we have used. We continue to have new customers sign up with the rewards program and it keeps our regulars coming back more often. The program itself is extensive for a variety of applications but we stick to the basics for our restaurant. Definitely recommended.
