Great Support Pros - Easy to navigate, comprehensive data collection and analysis. Cons - Some fields are not readily searchable, or smart. Many softwares today allow you start typing and it knows what you are looking for - making recommendation or gray line filling in so you can simply hit enter. Comments - We have really just begun to capture some data, but advantages so far are job costing, tracking/scheduling, and analysis.
