Project management was handled through a brief daily standup conference call, along with a shared Slack channel. We benefited greatly from frequent interactions and heavy engagement with the RoleModel team. We have been impressed with their thoughtfulness and dedication to software craftsmanship as a profession. We are ourselves a fairly technical organization, and we recognize and appreciate the standards to which RoleModel holds themselves, along with their clear communication and flexibility to change course when necessary.
