If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I've worked for another business who was hit by Ransomware before. The key difference is they notified all their customers RIGHT AWAY. In addition, they emailed all their customers THREE times a day to give us updates on their progress of restoring our data. I have been freaking out for three days now, not knowing the nature of this service outage. I've had nothing but nightmares imagining all my data lost. Multiple times I've sat on hold for HOURS hoping to find out what is happening. Online chat sessions resulted in wait times excess of 45 minutes before a reply. Finally today they informed me about the nature of the outage. What a waste. I've paid employees to sit around waiting for services to come back online. Thanks for motivating me to buy a server for my office!
