What do you like best? I like that hivebrite gives multiple ways to engage our members. It feels familiar (like Facebook or LinkedIn), so it is easy for them to use. It allows us to track engagement and allows our members to engage with us and each other. What do you dislike? There are a few things that aren't flexible such as engagement points--we can't set custom points and they don't ever reset. It would be great to be able to use this feature for loyalty rewards. Also some fields, such as birthdate are not searchable. We would like to be able to send custom emails for users during their birthday month, but are unable to easily sort this in the system.
