What do you like about Smith.ai Chat? The software saves me time by gathering the pertinent information from prospective clients, but more importantly, it provides users with an immediate response when they are contemplating whether they would like to enlist our services. What do you dislike about Smith.ai Chat? While you can close the chat message box, I wish you could completely close the chat widget because it blocks part of the screen at all times and can make it difficult to read website content. What have you been using it for and what problems did Smith.ai Chat solve? We have been using the chat feature to engage website visitors and generate more leads. I never have to worry that a chat user is ignored or that a business opportunity slips through the cracks.
