Permissions setup surprised me. I expected the usual headache of burying myself in documentation for days, but Indeavor's admin configuration is genuinely intuitive. Role-based access took maybe an afternoon to get right across our staff tiers, and the logic behind it is consistent enough that I could explain it to a non-technical colleague without wincing.
We're a non-profit with lean IT support, so that matters a lot. Less than three months in and I already feel confident adjusting permissions on my own without filing a ticket. That independence is rare with enterprise scheduling tools.
