Clean interfaces are rare in this category. Most equipment management tools look like they were designed in 2004 and never touched again, so Corporate Services caught me off guard. I'm only about two months in, and the day-to-day navigation already feels natural. Pulling up asset locations, checking utilization, flipping between billing and maintenance records, none of it requires digging through nested menus or calling support to find a button. The layout is logical in a way I genuinely didn't expect at this price point.
For a small crew like mine, that matters a lot. Nobody here has the bandwidth to babysit complicated software. The onboarding was hands-on from their side, which helped, and the training material was actually written like they assumed you were busy. My one minor gripe is that some of the reporting filters could be more intuitive, but it's a small thing. Overall, I'm impressed and plan to stick with it long-term.
