Forty people when I first set this up. Nearly two hundred now. TrackSmart has handled every bit of that growth without me needing to rebuild anything from scratch. Departments, shift patterns, approval chains, the whole structure just scales when you add people.
Five years in, the admin burden is genuinely lower than it was when the team was a fraction of its current size. Reporting is clean, the scheduling tools stay out of your way, and onboarding new managers to the system takes maybe an afternoon. Worth every cent.
