AvaTax's dashboards surface nexus exposure, filing obligations, and exemption certificate gaps in one view instead of three separate spreadsheets. My team leads across four regions can pull jurisdiction-level breakdowns without calling me. That alone justifies the investment.
The analytics have matured noticeably over that time. Scheduled reports land exactly where they need to, audit-ready formatting included. Customer support has occasionally been slow to respond, but the product itself rarely gives me a reason to call.
