The ATS workflow is where Avionte earns its keep, at least for my use case. Running placements on behalf of multiple clients means I'm juggling a lot of job orders simultaneously, and the order management side of the platform handles that surprisingly well. I can customize pipeline stages per client, track candidate progress without hunting through tabs, and the bulk status update feature alone has saved my team real headaches on high-volume light industrial fills. Six months in, the depth of configurability still surprises me. Not every staffing tool lets you tailor things this granularly at the job-order level without calling support every time.
That said, the reporting module is a weak spot. Building a custom report feels more like archaeology than analytics. The filters are finicky, export formatting is inconsistent, and I've had to piece together data in a spreadsheet more than once to answer a basic client question. Customer service has been responsive when I've reached out, but some of those reporting issues really should have cleaner out-of-the-box solutions. Overall, still a solid platform for an agency context.
