Nothing about onboarding a new CRM mid-quarter felt safe, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't bracing for a rough first week. Creatio genuinely surprised me. The guided setup walked my sales ops team through pipeline configuration faster than I expected, and the no-code workflow builder meant I could model our existing process without filing a single IT ticket. Their customer success rep checked in proactively, not just after I pinged them. That kind of attention in week one is rare.
Nine weeks in and I'm still impressed by how quickly individual reps got comfortable with it. The UI is clean enough that adoption didn't feel like a battle. A few of the reporting filters take some digging to find, and the marketplace add-ons vary in quality, so you'll want to vet those carefully before installing. But for a department our size rolling out a new system fast, Creatio handled the pressure better than anything I've used before.
