The first week with Zoho Analytics was genuinely rough. Drag-and-drop sounds simple until you realize the data source setup expects you to already know what you're doing. My small team had no dedicated IT support, so we spent days just getting our CSV imports to behave correctly. The documentation helped, but only after some trial and error.
A year in, I do appreciate the SQL query option and how much flexibility it gives me now. But that learning curve upfront was real, and customer support response times were inconsistent when we needed them most. Worth it eventually, not painlessly so.
