Adding a second admin to our account should not take three support tickets and a week of back-and-forth. That's been my reality since onboarding roughly two months ago at a nonprofit with a small but growing web team. The user management side of WP Engine is genuinely painful when you're trying to bring multiple staff members onto different sites with different permission levels. Every time I think I've got it figured out, something breaks or a new person can't access what they need. For an organization where turnover and volunteer contributors are a constant reality, that friction costs real time we don't have.
