Despite this company being told the business no longer existed (I had to fight to get them to stop sending me payment requests even after three months of closure), they have AGAIN raised an invoice for a company that no longer exists. The incompetency of this organisation does not bode well for customer service.

“I have been with 34sp since 2008, and while there…”
I have been with 34sp since 2008, and while there are cheaper packages out there, what they don’t provide is the level of support that 34sp give you. Since the inception of the web I have been with other hosting companies, and let them go. I have stayed with 34sp this long because they go way beyond the level of support that other hosting comanies provide, often undertaking tasks that most other companies simply will not do. Their phone support is brilliant, and that my friend…is gold. Because, if things go wrong, a ‘live chat’ with a bored tech who is simply ticking the boxs will not do. It’s crucial to be able to talk to someone. Absolutely cannot fault them and will stay with them for the forseeable future.

“I haven't used 34SP for a couple of years after…”
I haven't used 34SP for a couple of years after I moved away from them to a dedicated server. They where helpful and over the 4 years I used them, I never had an issue accept 1 hour offline due to a DDOS attack. Recommended
