What is 9mCollab?
9mCollab is a product of 9m Inc, a company founded in January 2918. 9mCollab is an organization management tool that enables logically structured, conclusion-driven collaboration. It’s built for organizations and team members to enjoy conclusive discussions and faster decision making with less information noise and distraction. It helps to translate the results of communication into a valuable knowledge base. 9mCollab is great for organizing communication processes in the organization. It boosts productivity by 5 times, reduces chat noise and distractions, shortens time to a decision, and organically creates the knowledge base of an organization through its innovative communication models. The basic differentiation is our communication models: **Non-Linear Chat (NLC)** and **Conclusion Driven Collaboration (CDC)** that can’t be simulated with our competitors. We describe our collab dynamics on **9mcollab.com** as 3 steps: Collaborate - Conclude - Contribute. Regarding Collaborate part: Our Nonlinear Chat (NLC) model enables **thread branching** whenever the main topic is changed. This enables some users to discuss certain details without interrupting the flow of the original discussion. You can make sure to receive **only needed info** and share it exclusively **with relevant people**. Via the NLC model, communication is graphically presented in a **communication tree** with an unlimited number of branches so you can understand the origins of particular topics and focus only on ones that are of your interest. Regarding Conclude part: Our Conclusion Driven Collaboration (CDC) model **drives users to the result** of the communication - mutually accepted, easily voted, adjustable, searchable, and shareable conclusion. We enable any user to gather all relevant stakeholders and propose a conclusion on any particular topic on the communication tree. Approved conclusion represents the current standpoint of the majority of discussion participants or all of them, depending on if the vote was a majority or a consensus vote. Whenever the conclusion is proposed, the **dynamics of the discussion change** because participants can focus on a particular solution so the **conversation becomes far more productive**. Users can simply vote to accept a conclusion or get into a discussion with the user who proposed the conclusion regarding parts that they don't agree with. When potentially questionable parts are discussed and accepted then the complete conclusion is approved and stored in the conclusion base and/or forwarded in the organization’s knowledge base if it could be useful to members outside of the particular workgroup. Competitors don’t have anything similar to the Conclusion Driven model and their users don’t have the possibility to **organically** - via everyday communication and conclusions/decisions which come out of it - **build the internal or external knowledge base**. The part when you share your workgroup conclusion into an internal or external knowledge base is an integral part of our collab dynamics and it is called the Contribute part. This organically created knowledge base becomes a **go-to point** for each organization member in need of information about certain decisions, processes, documents, or any other relevant info. New members of the organization are able to read through the knowledge database, find relevant conclusions, and contribute suggesting changes based on their previous working experiences.
