My hands-down favorite aspect of Desktop.com is the ability to organize my life into key segments and keep them organized. It's a new take on an old concept that no one has been able to do well since the Mac Taskbar or RocketDock in Windows/Ubuntu. It has made me more productive and wastes less time while at work and at home. The features that have been coming out are fantastic but as with any new software, the initial learning curve was very much left up to me to learn the software. They have since been adding a lot of information and videos to the knowledge base and blog that are extremely helpful. I highly recommend taking the minute or two and reading the documentation to get the most out of Desktop.com. What problems did Desktop.com solve? Cleaning up my personal life - I use Desktop.com to keep track of important dates, important apps, and any personal documents
