Iβve been streaming with AsuraCast for my online radio station and itβs been really solid. The stream stays up all the time, AutoDJ runs smoothly, and my listeners never complain about buffering. Setup was easy and whenever I had a question, support helped me quickly. Really happy with the service so far

Worthless hosting, I regretted buying nearly 100 domain from them itβs my biggest regret, site registration in asure has random time when itβs just go offline and I registered a domain 2 days ago I wanted to deliver the domain to a client who needed samples of what my work looks like and I paid for a hosting it isnβt loading I contacted them and they say I should wait and I wait nothing happened I contacted them again and they told me they are busy in a new location in Switzerland. So whatβs why I was left on hold since 2-3 days and here I am buying a domain from the most useless hosting. I need to go on all review platforms to write my thoughts so a lot of people donβt make a mistake of investing in a hosting like this cuz itβs frustrating as hell

They offer hosting for WordPress, where WordPress does not work due to old databases. Service responds like AI When I write to them about problems, they reply that there are no problems. The hostings offered are ghost hostings After purchasing, if something doesn't work, you have to buy a VPS The information that hosting is Unlimited is a complete nonsense The website speed on the hosting (2GB RAM, 50GB hard drive, 1X CPU) is better than on asurahosting hosting The opinions on their website about how fantastic they are, heheh, are complete nonsense. There's a lot more I could write here, but I think that's enough. In short, run away.

My experience with this hosting provider was extremely poor. The service appears to be built around cost-cutting rather than reliability or customer support. Several features and performance expectations advertised in their packages were not delivered in practice. While hosted with them, my websites suffered from persistent technical issues, including editor reload loops, changes not saving, pages failing to load correctly, unexplained downtime, frequent βcritical errors,β and recurring 500 internal server errors. Google also struggled to access important files such as sitemaps and robots.txt, which negatively affected indexing. Many of these issues were repeatedly dismissed as WordPress problems rather than server-related, even when the symptoms clearly pointed to hosting instability. This resulted in weeksβif not monthsβof unnecessary troubleshooting and wasted time, only to later discover that the root cause was indeed server-side. After moving my websites to a different hosting provider, all of these problems disappeared immediately. Editor reload loops stopped, saving content became reliable again, Google was able to detect my sitemap properly, downtime ceased, and critical errors vanished. The contrast was immediate and undeniable. The low pricing does not compensate for the instability, lost productivity, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this host to anyone who values reliability, transparency, or their time.

I can't recommend this hosting company. Their service is TERRIBLE! I have had several hard down situations that they don't even acknowledge, let alone fix. My sites have been down more than 24hrs in many cases. I guess you get what you pay for, but they shouldn't be in business if they can't support what they sell.

Support is poor. Further, response is slow from support requests. My associated Azura Cast 7 account has been down for over 24 hours and Asura Hosting has not even posted an announcement on their website and/or letting their customers know they are experiencing technical difficulties. I have made two requests so far asking for an update about their down server to NO AVAIL. The last response, which I had received for an other issue three weeks ago, was the same as the one I received lately: Thank you for contacting technical support. We are escalating this to senior staff for specialized attention. This may cause a slight delay as many of our senior team members are currently focused on a new location launch in Switzerland. We appreciate your patience. Technical Support Asura Hosting _______________________________________ Needless to say, I will be moving my website and my Azura Cast access to another provider,
