What is Backbone UK?
Backbone started trading in 1998 with the specific aim of providing small companies with managed IT services for their computer networks. Backbone acts as a Virtual IT Director and not only provides a help desk service and team of field engineers but works closely with our clients’ management to advise them of how to enable systems to help deliver their overall strategy and drive productivity. At Backbone, we pride ourselves in being the single point of contact for any technology related matter. This is vitally important in business today where so many services overlap and before you know it, one party is blaming the other, and you are stuck in the middle not knowing what to do and more confused than ever! At Backbone, we deal with it all.
