Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Capzool has serious credibility problems that outweigh its product usefulness. Four out of seven reviews report billing issues β double charges, unexpected fees after cancellation, and difficulty obtaining refunds β combined with non-responsive support across email, phone, and support tickets. One user faced a costly copyright infringement lawsuit after Capzool posted unlicensed content and refused to address it. A separate reviewer questioned whether the company is still active, noting a year without social media updates from a social media platform.
The three positive reviews praise the service's core function: scheduling and content suggestions that save time and fill calendar gaps. Users appreciated access to diverse contributor talent and appreciated that the company responds to feature requests. One user noted Capzool works best as a supplement, not a full content replacement.
The decisive factor is trust. Even users who like the product's functionality express frustration with outdated content and niche-matching gaps. The pattern of billing failures and unresponsive support β repeated across multiple reviews β makes this a high-risk purchase, particularly for businesses concerned about copyright liability or requiring reliable customer service.

Double charged 2 months in a row after I cancelled because no one responds and even though there is a free version and I paid twice my access was taken away to log in. The created posts are all years old as well and outdated. Who are these ppl that just don't respond?

Looks like s scam to me, check their FB and Twitter...no posts from their won company in over a year....for a social media company...very fishy. They double charged me and then never answered any support tickets, phones, emails etc. Like a ghost town...BEWARE!! It's a shame too, because the product seemed good....

An image that was posted by Capzool through their services as contracted by our social media contractor... well, 2-years later we were served copyright infringement documents by the image photographer's legal counsel. After attorney fees (both our corporate attorney and an enlisted patent and copyright attorney) and $5,600.00 settlement, my firm is out thousands of dollars. We contact Capzool prior to settlement based upon their terms and conditions to cover such actions then... crickets - no followup to take on the issue. Hence, watch out!

I've been using capzool for 4 months already and it works well for me. I'm not one of the people that wanted to replace ALL of my content with capzool's, but it helps me fill the empty spots in my calendar and gives me ideas for all the holidays, special dates, etc.

I use capzool, signed up for the free trial in dec and used it ever since. You can tell they're a startup, but they're always putting in new features, including the one I suggested about a shared calendar option for clients and I'm definitely more happy with them today than I was a few months ago.

I have been using Capzool for a month now and I am happy with it. When I ask for content, I have it back the next day. While not every piece of created content is specific to my company, that's fine. I just don't use those. Also, there's a form to fill out to get more specific posts. It's a good service and with the scheduler, it has given me time back I was using to create content. Because the contributors are everywhere, you get a good spread of talent.

βI am not at all impressed with the service qualityβ¦β
I am not at all impressed with the service quality of this company. Having initially signed up for their free trial I was left disillusioned as to exactly WHAT they were offering ??? There was nothing even close offered for my niche (sewing) which suprised me and then when I requested a 'post specific'. I heard zero back !! I stopped any further attempts at accessing content from that point on BUT was then 'billed' for 40 odd dollars afew weeks later !! I forgot as part of the sign up that they take account info and even when I explained that I didn't use their service - "I will discuss your matter with my supervisor..." It took nearly a month to 'eventually' get back that reply to a refund so I'm not hopeful of a positive outcome from these guys. I'll keep y'all informed..... Meantime, thumbs down to overall rubbish service Capzool..... Who thought of that name anyway ???
