The set up is very intuitive and you know where to click to go find things. It is also web based so easy to access from wherever you may be! Cons: CareCloud is, at it's root, still an EMR and has the hiccups that we see in all of them. There are glitches and problems, but the support team is amazing and has helped us through them all. Overall: EMR without the strings!
