'Top quality billing and administrative information system' Executive Director Medical Practice, 11-50 employees Used the software for: 2+ years Comments: The Service and Support is top notch. Customer Care stays on an issue until it is resolved, and resolved timely. Pros: Care Cloud is very intuitive and easy to use. It is fast and efficient. I can data mine and get reports that best help me manage. Cons: I would like more front end "Scrubbers" that help make sure claims are complete and correct before they go out.
