These guys are willing to walk not just an extra mile but five more miles with you. The Website Care Plan provided is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, if I could I would give them 6 out of 5! Keep up the good work! Server uptime is nice — 99.98%. Support is good - the ticket system works well. I have been very happy with the courteous, consistent tech customer service. For me, Dailyrazor reliability is at the very bottom.

The system itself is rock solid and the software & features are excellent.
