TERRIBLE !!!! From the beginning I was not satisfied. I was thinking of giving them some more time. Support is terrible. I have tickets open for over 1 week without response. VPS turns off automatically at different times every day. I have to turn it on from the panel every day. He writes that the services are instant provisioning but they do not work until they release you manually after a few days as the support is terrible in delays.

This service is a total scam, bought a vps with 4 cores and 4gb ram and i got a server with 1 core and 2gb ram, they have not been answering anything for days now, they didn’t help me with my issue ignored me completely and did not answer my refund requests either that I submitted with 1.5 days. Im having hard time believing that these 5 star ratings are from actual customers. I know you are probably thinking “i mean there are these few guys who had troubles out of thousands, i will be fine” No you won’t, seriously do not usr sny services from these guys they do not deliver anything they promisdd

VPS setup was simple and activation took about 30 minutes. My virtual server worked like I expected it to, no worries there. However, I ran into very serious issues with this company later on. I wanted to downgrade my service, and I kindly asked them to refund my current service based on their 30 day refund policy. The support is absolutely horrible, and eventhough they say "30 day money back guarantee", this means absolutely nothing. I have been asking for a refund, but they are not answering my emails, and my tickets are getting straight up deleted on their website. They are not communicating to me in any way (actually they are straight up IGNORING me), and I'm fairly certain at this point, that I'm not getting my refund. Will not return as a customer, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, eventhough it was not a full scam, because their virtual server actually worked like it was supposed to.

We use the $0.99 service for basic offsite backups and it's a complete breeze. If you want someone to hold your hand, use another service, but if you know what you are doing, by all means use them.
