The staff is incredible to work with and they will do anything to creating a report, bringing on a new site, updating to accomodate our system upgrade. The product is very easy to use and new uesers cathc on quikcly and have positive feedback when using. The reporting options are more than adequate for any request we have. Extremely pleased with this product and the support is incredible!!
