What we provide: "It's Project Management"? software, developed in conjunction with Microsoft engineers, by an Australian company with more than 25 years experience developing software for construction and related industries. Accessible via handheld devices, browsers and desktop interfaces, IPM integrates with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, and facilitates complete document control, drawings, change orders, extensions of time, RFI/RFQ, OHS, email tracking and more. IPM delivers cost control, forecasting, invoicing, purchase orders & timesheets that synchronize both ways with many back-end accounting systems. Business Processes and workflows are fully customisable to suit each individual business. IPM synchronizes bi-directionally with Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera plus and a comprehensive range of reports are provided out of the box. Use Power BI, Word and Excel to really ramp up your analysis without relying on external consultants to deliver your data the way you need to see it. Our background: IPM Global Directors have worked in the construction and project management related industries for over 25 years. In that time they have sold, supported and developed applications in the micro-verticals of this industry and understand the IT challenges facing it. One of the few products on the market that fully uses the Microsoft productivity tools and is fully embedded in Microsoft Dynamics 365, we have the option of providing deep integration to your back-office financial system. On-Premise or SaaS, the option is yours. Our view is that it’s about time the Industry was offered a full end to end solution on a current platform, that project staff actually WANT to use and allows them to work in an environment they know well.
