What do you like best about LEAD? We use lead to connect people in our organization for virtual coffee chats, which have been instrumental in building relationships and breaking down silos. It's also been very effective at helping integrate new team members into the team. LEAD is easy to use and works well. What do you dislike about LEAD? No complaints at all. It works as described. What problems is LEAD solving and how is that benefiting you? We've always had remote staff, but over the past couple of years we've moved to a mostly distributed workforce with staff in many locations. LEAD helps connect our staff and build up a sense of team. It replaces the chats you have in the office when you used to bump into people in the kitchen, hallway, or getting a coffee.
