Stepping in under intense time pressure and delivering with such precision and care reflects a platinum level of service. I am personally beyond grateful for everything they did to make what felt like an impossible deadline not only achievable, but successful. The Support teamโs availability, expertise, and calm guidance were instrumental. Their support was a critical factor in getting us across the finish line within such tight constraints. The team is a great reference and very knowledgeable about their field. I've loved their webinars. What do you dislike? It is a little pricier than other products but they show their value and show ROI with the retention possibilities. Recommendations to others considering the provider: I would recommend evaluating all of their tools, how to leverage their technology to make your time using it most efficient. What do you like best? - Scientific approach, executed well - Experience and intuition in developing hypotheses - Project management and overall firm professionalism What do you dislike? Initially the update meetings did utilize the time more efficiently, but we provided that feedback and Retensa heard us and adjusted immediately. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized? We believed our high employee turnover was negatively affecting our business. We wanted to validate the cost of that turnover, the causes of it, and the cost to correct. Retensa scientifically found the answer to all 3, enabling us to feel confident about driving the employee retention related initiatives that make business sense.

"Simple to use, confidential platform" What do you like best? All of the information is consolidated into one place and it is simple to use. Using a digitial or computer for these types of activities can seem impersonal and a lot of times it is difficult to fully understand the written word versus having a face-to-face conversation or at least being able to speak to the other person . Given the current economic environment and changing regulations, thousands of layoffs have taken place in the past two years. This solves the problem of not having enough people to conduct interviews or having mass layoffs or conference calls. The problems deal with the lack of personal touch or feedback.

โTheir software is just better than others out there, andโฆโ
Their software is just better than others out there, and SO MUCH easier. We were using another employee survey software (big name too big after being acquired) and it was fine, but didn't do everything we wanted, like good reporting and dashboards. So we looked around, and TalentPulse was so intuitive, everything is so easy. Anyone can use it from our HRIS superusers to someone in the field who doesn't ever login but twice a year, it always works for everyone. Never looked back.
