Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Microsoft Azure earns consistent praise from users but requires technical expertise and comes with a steep learning curve.
Users highlight data security, network tools, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into existing business operations as major strengths. The platform helps organizations consolidate infrastructure—particularly through Azure HCI Cluster—reducing physical server footprint and downtime. Its modern cloud-native approach appeals to companies moving away from on-premises infrastructure. One reviewer noted the application's clear organization as a positive differentiator.
The main criticism is that Azure demands technically sound staff to set up and manage effectively. Several users reported initial confusion and difficulty navigating the interface, especially around virtual server management in HCI clusters. One team found workarounds necessary; they had to switch to Active Directory Domain Services to implement their preferred password security approach, suggesting some feature gaps around identity management configuration.
Cost-effectiveness comes up as a selling point for those willing to invest in proper implementation, but the platform is not a quick self-service solution for non-technical teams.

“We use it on a day to day basis to…”
We use it on a day to day basis to manage multiple aspects in the company, whether its IT related or storage for the admin department. Pros It allows to you seamlessly integrate into your business and manage all of your needs. The best feature from my company has been network tools available and data security, even something as small as data labelling draws new clients to you. Cons It may be a bit difficult to set up at first and you need technically sound people behind it.

“We have moved most of our virtual servers up to…”
We have moved most of our virtual servers up to Azure HCI Cluster and this has helped immensely in tersm of cleaning up the server room of virtual host servers as well as gives us peace of mind in terms of downtime. Cons It's a bit confusing to manage virtual servers in the Azure HCI Cluster but it's nothing that an on prem server with cluster management can't help with.

Simple, cost effective. You’ll love its features. Pros Modern company set up is now remote. Maximizing the use of Microsoft Azure will make more organization worry-free from building, maintaining, and securing your on-prem appliances. Cons Direct way to implement passphrase for password security requirements. We had to switch to ADDS to make it work.
