What is NPDESPro?
NPDESPro is a cloud-based, customizable water quality management system designed to support jurisdictional inspectors and water-quality professionals in their work to continuously improve water quality and work seamlessly with the Department of Ecology and the EPA. Records are updated electronically while the inspection is taking place using a tablet, smart phone, or computer. Great! Good customer service! The team is never more than a click away and is always quick to respond! Customization is amazing. The program can be set up to fit our system rather than designing a system to work with the software flow. The ability to change almost anything in the program, including terms and titles of sections, is an amazing tool for aligning the program to our team so the software makes sense to our guys right away and is fill with the terms they were already using in their daily work. And the simplified letter template maker is an amazing way for each jurisdiction to customize resident communications without needing programing or sequel knowledge.

I work for the City of Federal Way. We have implemented using NPDESPro now for our Water Quality and Commercial Inspection programs. The initial setup and training process was quick and easy. Jeff and his team are very attentive and go the extra mile to make sure everything is running as efficiently as possible from the very beginning. The program itself is intuitive and efficient. It is a huge time saver and makes it easy to be organized. Jeff and his team are also very open to making the program better through client feedback. We are very please with NPDESPro and would recommend it highly!
