"Great team and product!" Describe the project or task the provider helped with: We are using Retensa for our exit interviews and retention data, the product has been great! What do you like best? The team is a great reference and very knowledgeable about their field. I've loved their webinars. What do you dislike? It is a little pricier than other products but they show their value and show ROI with the retention possibilities. Recommendations to others considering the provider: I would recommend evaluating all of their tools, how to leverage their technology to make your time using it most efficient. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized? Better understanding turnover data, seamlessly develop and schedule reports to key managers.
