Easy to set up easy to route, inexpensive enough to include without charging the customer anything or a nominal fee or a pass through! The biggest benifit is being able to show response on an ad campaign when the [SENSITIVE CONTENT]- who likely is not taking calls does not think he is gtting a big enough response some times we listen to calls together sometimes I send the calls and sometimes they log in but it makes our efforts transparent and the success is obvious at the end of the day its proof we are doing our job for the client.
